UK Nepalis invite PM for London visit

The Nepali community in United Kingdom has made an invitation to newly elected Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal for a London visit to attend the Nepal Fair 2008 planned for next month.

The organising committee, chaired by Nepal envoy to UK Murari Sharma, requested the new Prime Minister to become Chief Guest of the Fair to be held on September 21 and 22 in London.

The Embassy of Nepal, British friends of Nepal and the Nepali Diaspora community in the United Kingdom are jointly organizing the Fair. The event will showcase investment, trade and tourism opportunities in Nepal from which British businesses could benefit immensely. nepalnews.com ia Aug 24 08
