Four pedestrians killed after being hit by bus

Four pedestrians were killed and three others critically injured after a passenger bus ran over them in Amargadhi VDC in Nawalparasi district
Saturday morning.

Those killed in the accident have been identified as Chandra Dutta Adhikari, a teacher at the local Amar Boarding School, his wife Sharada, Niraj Chhetri and Jog Bahadur Somai, reports said. The victims were local residents.

The bus arriving towards Kathmandu from Dhangadhi hit a group of people, killing three of them on the spot. Three injured persons have been brought to Kathmandu for further treatment.
